Schumacher Article on Tax Statute Interpretation

The Tax Prof Blog reports that alumnus Scott Schumacher has published the following article: MacNiven v. Alumni Scott Schumacher and Jack Townsend have recently co-authored (with Larry Campagna and Steve Johnson) a book, Tax Crimes, in the LexisNexis Graduate Tax Series.
