Favorable Article on Rod Rosenstein
This is an interesting article about the apparent refusal by the United States Attorney for Maryland, Rod Rosenstein, to sign an indictment that was thereafter tried in another district and failed to survive a Rule 29 motion. Still, the article is quite favorable to Rosenstein was was formerly principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Tax Division.
